Goal Selection
Based on the company diagnosis, the client will choose one of the five focus areas for intervention. The consultant will then present a 10-week plan based on the client’s choice.

10 Consulting Sessions
Over a period of 10 weeks, a weekly virtual advisory session will take place with the client. During these sessions, the necessary tasks will be presented to the client to achieve the proposed solution and reach the ultimate goal.

End of the Program
“Final Delivery”: Summarizes the solution and outlines recommendations for maintaining its functionality.

Our Detailed Method
Our methodology involves identifying, through a comprehensive diagnosis, the most significant challenges, issues, or projects for each company under consultation. Once the self-diagnostic system is completed, the company selects the top-priority objective to address, and Alter Business Consulting then defines an action plan. Over the course of 10 weekly sessions, the focus is on creating a solution to the identified problem.
During these 10 one-hour weekly sessions, a subject matter expert from Alter Business Consulting provides specialized advice to an assigned responsible leader within the company. Together, they work step by step to build the solution until its completion. The fact that the sessions are conducted virtually via the internet greatly facilitates their seamless execution, ensuring a continuous flow.
Throughout the meetings, the knowledge and insights of the expert consultants are transferred to the responsible leaders of the companies under consultation, enriching their experience and skills as they progress in solving the problem.
