With extensive experience, we identify weaknesses, bolster strengths, and devise solutions for the common or temporary challenges faced by a business.

1 Self-diagnosis

2 TARGET SELECTION

Based on the company’s diagnosis, the client will choose one of the five focus areas for intervention. The consultant will then present a 10-week plan based on the client’s selection.

3 10 CONSULTING SESSIONS

Over a period of 10 weeks, a weekly virtual advisory session with the client will take place. During these sessions, the necessary tasks will be presented to the client to achieve the proposed solution and reach the ultimate goal.
